Jawa 634 with 631-0 motor

I recently bought a Jawa 350 Oilmaster with a 631-0- 001883 motor. It is the first with the separated lubrication (ie with oil pump). The manufacturer's plate is missing off the frame. I am looking for help on the following:
1. What year was the bike manufactured?
2. Is there a motor number to frame number cross reference list that I might obtain the frame number from?
3. I am looking for detailed instructions on how to set the oil pump correctly. Can anyone help?
