So welcome to the forum once again. We're here to discuss things and help each other, so if you need help just ask. I believe more peolpe speak English here than Polish. It's also better to use English, because Google translator can't really translate to and from Hungarian.
What's the condition of your bikes?

my pannonia t1 is during the renovation, has been painted, the engine now consists. Look in my album. While the second Pannonia TLT waitin. I need more time, beer and cash

Yes, if you have enough of those three you can solve most of the problems.. So far it looks nice, good luck with the work.

I have a question about the documentation of bikes in your country: if you find a bike in a shed, but you don't know who is/was the last owner and there are no documents at all, what can you do?

in this case you can only register the vehicle as a historic. Then You get yellow plate (normal - white plate). Vehicle must be oryginal in 95% parts and must have special verification. It is very difficult and expensive.
In the case of Pannonia is next problem: number on the frame is different than on VIN frame plate. Example:
VIN frame: T1 3 071416, VIN frame plate T1 071416. It's difficult to explain the officials that "so it must be".
That vehicle can't be sold and can't be move out abroad. In Poland are very many Pannonias, but only TLT or TLF models, but there are just few TL, TLB Models and side car duna. There are no P10, P20, ..... motorkuli.
